Returns

  • You may return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  • Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Change of Mind

  • Returns for change of mind are accepted; however, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email info@matchthehatch.com.au with your order number, details of the item, and the reason for return. Our team will provide instructions for the process.
